Services
OK Biz Solutions LLC provides commerce solutions and point-of-sale infrastructure on a contractual basis. Service terms, including any applicable cancellation or refund provisions, are specified in the individual service agreement between OK Biz Solutions LLC and the client.
Equipment
Point-of-sale equipment provided as part of our services remains the property of OK Biz Solutions LLC unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Equipment terms, including return procedures upon service termination, are outlined in the applicable agreement.
Setup Fees
One-time setup fees cover equipment procurement, configuration, hosting, and deployment. Setup fees are non-refundable once service provisioning has begun.
Billing Disputes
If you believe there is an error on your invoice or have questions about a charge, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the billing date. We will review and resolve billing inquiries promptly.
